By placing an order through this web site you agree that you are legally entering into binding contract with by British MC Spares and you must be at least 18 years old.

We try to establish availability of the products ordered by you before acknowledging your order.  Goods ordered that are unavailable will have monies for those items refunded except in cases where it clearly states that the item/s is a made to order only product. Or in certain case you request to have an item when next in stock

Ownership of any goods ordered shall remain with us until payment is made in full, when confirmed payment has indeed been cleared them all risks in the goods/items will be passed on to you once you have received delivery.

Our Contract

Orders are subject to acceptance by us at British MC Spares which trades on this site as Britishmcspares.co.uk and as such, confirmation of acceptance is by on-line electronic notification. We will always reserve all rights to bar customers from ordering goods. This includes someone that we may suspect is trying to obtain Goods/Items from us by fraudulent means.

If you order a made-to-order item and decide to cancel your purchase you may be charged 50% of the original purchase costs to cover any purchase & manufacturing costs incurred by us. 

Payment terms and item costs.

The prices of products are as quoted on the web site.

Payments are made via the secure payment system, provided by SqaureUp this includes Credit or Debit cards. SquareUp will hold all secure information that’s required to administer the purchase of the goods.

Your payment will be debited in £ Sterling all funds are cleared before the order is despatched.

Delivery

All goods will be shipped to the delivery address given in the checkout section, which forms part of the identity check for your purchase.

For goods delivered outside of the UK we will endeavour to find the best postage solution. All import duties and taxes are to be paid by you the buyer.

All UK Mainland orders will be shipped with DHL Next Day Service. The next day option is based from the time the order is shipped. We aim to ship orders within 2 working days of completed order.
