Returns Policy

We offer a full 30 days from receipt of your goods for you to return them to us for a full refund excluding any enhanced postage charges. For example if you pay extra to have a guaranteed delivery time (where available) your refund will only cover the original cost of the item and the standard rate it would have cost to ship the item to you as set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations. 

If for any reason you are not happy with your item please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item and any reasons why. If you do not contact us prior to returning your item, this could delay your refund/exchange.

You the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and arrangements. We cannot be held liable for lost or delayed items returned to us. We recommend a trackable, insured service for any item being returned to us for your own peace of mind.

Custom / One Off Items

Any items ordered which are made to your specific request are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. We will try to make every effort to assure that your item meets your requirements prior to your order being processed.

Digital Downloads

Digital download sales are non refundable. Please make sure you are 100% happy with your choice before purchasing.
